Hi! I’m Nanami!

Welcome to nanamundos! Thank you so much for stopping by and showing interest!

I’m Nanami, and I’ve decided to start sharing my journey as a Life Career Coach. My mission is to provide a spark that empowers more people to prioritize and choose what truly excites them.

Have you ever felt like you’ve lost your drive, even though you were satisfied before? Do you feel anxious about time slipping away, yet struggle to find what you truly want to do? When you're stuck in that kind of vague anxiety, there’s actually a "hidden gem" of excitement 💎 buried right inside that fog. I know this because I’ve been there myself.

As humans, we naturally strive for a better life 💪. However, our DNA still carries the survival instincts of our wild ancestors 🐆. To keep us safe from perceived danger, our brains 🧠 replay worst-case scenarios and try to keep us right where we are—resisting change.

Imagine a tug-of-war 🪢 between the "you" who wants to move forward and the "you" who wants to protect yourself from the potential pain of change. If both sides pull with equal strength, you stay stuck in place. That unfulfilled desire for a better life becomes trapped, unspoken, and eventually turns into that lingering mental fog ☁️😶‍🌫️☁️.

When you're caught in this constant internal tug-of-war, it can be incredibly difficult to notice the source of that fog on your own. But! Even just reading this might have given your brain the little spark it needs to spark a new realization. Our neural pathways are surprisingly honest—they can change and adapt as soon as they receive the right stimulus.

There are already so many mindset tools and philosophies out there. Countless people have done the trial and error to show us how to provide healthy stimulation to our brains and focus on what makes our lives feel richer. By using these tools effectively, you can begin to clear the fog, break it down, and put words to what excites you in this very moment. When you do that, your actions will naturally start to change.

We only have one life—let’s spend as much of it as possible doing things that make our hearts race!

I spent a long time suffering in a deep, thick fog, feeling like I’d never find what I wanted to do. By sharing what I learned during that time, I hope my words reach exactly who needs to hear them right now.

I’m also currently preparing a special program focused on Life Career Planning! Stay tuned!
